It’s “Giving Tuesday” so it is a good time to announce the generosity of our club members. We decided to create a GoFundMe campaign for the Los Angeles Food Bank with the goal of raising $2,500 to help feed those who are less fortunate in our great city. Not only did we meet the goal, we greatly surpassed it. One member who wants to remain anonymous contributed $1,000 and a different member and club sponsor matched the entire contribution, which raised the club’s total contribution to $8,404. I would like to thank Marc Lewinstein for spearheading the fundraiser and the rest of the Board for helping our club accomplish the goal of feeding our fellow citizens of Los Angeles.
