SATURDAY MORNING CYCLE |
| Summary: TRIFIT'S weekly Saturday Morning Cycle |
| Difficulty: Group 1: Easy to moderate and Group 2:
Moderate to fast |
| Time: 8:00 AM |
| Place: Malibu
Bluff Park (PCH & Malibu Canyon Rd), Malibu, CA |
| |

Description:
The ride will vary in distance from 30 to 80 miles depending
on time of year, conditions and fitness levels. There will
be at least 2 groups, (1) easy to moderate and (2) moderate
to fast. The easy to moderate group will stay together at
all times. The Moderate to fast group will ride together
as best possible and probably break into smaller groups.
We will regroup again at the end of the ride.
It is recommended that you bring pump/CO2 cartridges, patch
kit, spare tube(s) and water bottles. If it works, we will
spend about 15-20 minutes stretching. Please bring some
post ride nutrition with you.
