| As a junior Victor won
numerous state championships on the road and track in Baja, Mexico.
He was the Junior Team Time Trial Mexican National Champion in 1991.
Victor began racing in the United States in 1996. He became the
California Road Racing State Champion in 1996 as a Cat. 3 and four
years later went on to place 2nd in the California State Criterium
Championships as a Category 1 racer. He went on to win the California
Cup as a Category I racer in 2000.
In 2002 with over 15 years racing experience Victor
entered the professional ranks turning pro with the Schroeder
Iron, Division III U.S. team. He was nicknamed at the International
Superweek competition "Il Piranha" and is a well-known
and well-liked racer within the peloton.
Victor earned his degree in accounting while racing
and training full-time. He is a respected team leader and mentor
to all riders on our squad.

Cameron started mountain bike racing in 1993
and road racing in 1999. He turned pro for MTB in 2001, and finished
in the top 20 in 4 National Championships last season. He is a
graduate student at CSULB in Physical Therapy. Cameron prefers
long steep climbs and stage races. His other hobbies include dirt
biking, water skiing, and surfing.

Originally a NCAA All-American swimmer and US
National Team triathlete, Mike moved from category 5 to category
3 in his first season of cycling. 2005 marks Mike's first full
season as a category 1 racer and his 4th season with LaGrange.
Mike is a criterium and track specialist, but will also ride support
for the squads' road and stage racers.

| Josh Horowitz is a long
time licensed USCF Cycling Coach and has been racing for 15 years
now. Over that time he has trained with world-class coaches from
the United States, Russia and Australia.
Josh currently competes as a category 1 elite
racer and has raced in some of the top International Stage races
around the world including Ireland, Italy, South America, and
New Zealand. He is the current California State Team Time Trial
Champion and ranked 5th in the nation amongst Category 1 stage
racers.
