Rick
is a retired professional cyclist and professional triathlete.
After competing in Olympic Trials in track racing and posting
seven years of successful triathlon results, Rick began
focusing on coaching and mentoring other professional athletes
in 1986. Rick has been involved with dozens of National
Champions, multiple World Champions in various cycling disciplines
(road, mountain bike, downhill, triathlons), and several
Tour de France participants. Some of Ricks athletes
past and present include: Lance Armstrong, Levi Leipheimer,
Tom Danielson, Chris Wherry, Nathan ONeill, Frank
Pipp, Anthony Colby, Chann McRae, Todd Wells, Shonny Vanlandingham,
Tara Llanes, Henk Vogels, and many more. Through exhaustive
experience, and relentless self-study, Rick has developed
an extremely comprehensive program that has been instrumental
in developing some of the worlds best cyclists and
triathletes.

Club LaGrange Rules for Charity Raffle
1. Drawing will be
held on January 17, 2008 at Helens Cycles, sometime after
7:30 p.m. All entries must be received prior to the start of the
drawing.
2. Tickets are $10
per entry. Cash must be received prior to drawing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All cash is to be given to Stuart Press.
3. Raffle tickets may
be downloaded by members via file from the La Grange web site
and then printed prior to sale. Tickets are four (4) per page
and should be separated by the seller. When a ticket is sold,
the buyer should list all of his or her identifying information
on the entry form and put his or her initials on the ticket receipt
and the entry form. The seller should put his or her name on the
entry form. The seller should give the collected sale proceeds
and the entry forms to Stu for entry into the raffle. Tickets
not timely received will not be eligible to participate.
4. Prizes are $500
for the winner, $250 for second and $100 for third. LaGrange reserves
the right to lower the prize payouts if the ticket sales are not
as expected. The raffle will pay the three winners at least 50%
of the total proceeds collected.
5. All net proceeds
go to support (1) the La Grange race teams, including juniors,
and (2) the Scott Bleifer Memorial Scholarship Fund. There are
no sales expenses or administrative costs being charged or imposed.
6. The three members
who sell the most tickets will win prizes to be determined by
the Board of Directors.
7. Members of the Board
of Directors are not eligible to win, although they may buy tickets
for third persons.
8. Please, please help
sell tickets to support the Clubs racing teams and the scholarship
fund. This is important to our teams!
